Bella Vista Inn

Please ignore many of these old and highly negative postings, regarding the Bella Vista Inn. Apparently there have been massive changes made here, because my experience at Bella Vista Inn was just fine and I have no complaints, whatsoever. This motel offers very good service and a reasonable price. Great staff, all shifts were friendly and helpful including management. I got this room discounted and it was 'no frills'. I am a 'no frills traveler' so this suits me fine. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was immaculate and very comfortable. I definitely recommend this motel. Their pool is very clean and they have a deep and warm jacuzzi. I should also say that this neighborhood is quiet and outside noise was minimal. There is a great selection of restaurants and they all are in walking distance. I have stayed here before and I will stay here again. I consider the Bella Vista Inn my second home in Santa Clara.

This place was actually pretty nice. My significant other and I stayed here for a week and we didn't really have a problem with things. The room was good. Nothing high class or anything but still good. Housekeeping was super nice and always changed our sheets and towels everyday. The only downfall of this was that our fridge didn't work and I called the front desk to ask if it could be fixed and they said they would have someone come and look at it to fix it because it does work. Well I'm not sure if someone looked at it or not but the fridge still didn't work. No big deal though.

Clean, quiet and in great repair. The beds were comfortable and I couldn't even hear traffic on the busy road right outside the motel. The staff was great. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area again.

The room was clean with dark brown vinyl flooring. No smell. Hot water, all lights, and air conditioning worked fine. Old building but functional and comfortable. Many shops and eateries are in a walking distance.

Me and my boyfriend have been staying here since March, and with COVID - 19 going around, along with the stay in shelter in place and having to stay an extensive period of time, the staff has been wonderful and very accommodating. The rooms are nice, but unfortunately some of the channels don't come in that well, and there's not too many stations to watch, which is the only down side. A plus though, there is a washer and dryer on site so you can wash your clothes, and it is cheaper than the laundromats in the area. I would recommend Bella Vista Inn to my friends and family.

As an ex employee of Motel 6 this place has it beat by far. They are so much more cleaner then Motel 6 they wash EVERYTHING including the blankets and bedspread, unlike Motel 6 they only change their blankets if there was a spill on it. the housekeepers are great at making sure the rooms are spotless. rooms smells nice and fresh, and the price is great too. I like it here.... It is in the heart of all the shops, 2 thumbs up and ill even throw in my two toes..... Thanks Bella Vista for great costumer service.

Asked for a non-smoking room. It faintly smelled of cigarettes anyways and the smoke detector was in a drawer in the dresser. Aired it out with window open for a few minutes and it was a little better. Other than that, everything was what you'd expect from a reasonably priced hotel.

The staff was wonderful ! Very polite and always willing to help you with whatever it is u need . The grounds were clean and well kept . The pool was clean and refreshing . The rooms were cozy and clean. If your expecting red carpet and wine , hit the Hilton . But for a cozy friendly clean place , ma and pops style this is the place .
